Electricity connection fees for commercial and investment housing transactions:
- First 100 kilowatts x 25 K.D.
- Remaining loads x 50 K.D.
Except for the industrial building that produces loads above 340 kilowatts.

Electricity:
- SAIFI (System Average Interruption Frequency Index).

In the event of any power outage for an hour, UDS power generators are provided to provide electricity until the facility is restored.
Water:
The State of Kuwait annually obtains a result of 100% in the quality of the water produced and its availability around the clock, in reports issued by the World Health Organization (WHO) and UNICEF for all sectors of the state.
Electronic services applications are submitted electronically through engineering offices and consulting houses authorized by the Ministry.
The Ministry is committed to international and global environmental standards to reduce harmful air emissions and ensure the rationalization of electricity consumption. The Ministry also uses the latest combined cycle gas turbine technology in its future projects, which is H/F technology.
